Hello and welcome to our wedding Home Page! If you are landing here, that means one of my associates or I have directed you to this page to begin us on our journey of working together! I am excited to work with you for your special day. At Chill Willed Media, we believe wedding films should be more than just a collection of clips—they should be a reflection of the love, energy, and emotions that make your day unforgettable. Our approach is built on storytelling, authenticity, and a commitment to capturing moments as they naturally unfold.
Our Approach
Step 1: Welcome!
Once you have put down a deposit, we will be sending you an email that includes our FAQs and some early tips for you in the wedding booking process!
Step 2: Questionaire
Next, expect to be seeing an email with our questionnaire, which you will be answering to help us understand what your day looks like better and how we can best capture it!
Step 3: Timeline Collaboration
Once your final schedule is in place (or close!), we’ll hop on a call to review your timeline. We’ll make sure we’re in the right place at the right time and have space for everything from getting ready to your sparkler exit.
Step 4: Final Check-In
1–2 weeks before the wedding, we’ll schedule a final call to go over any last-minute changes, vendor contact info, special requests, and double-check all the details.
Step 5: Wedding Day Coverage
Our team arrives early, works seamlessly alongside your photographer and planner, and captures the real, raw, beautiful moments of the day—without ever getting in the way. You focus on getting married, we’ll handle the rest.
Step 6: Post-Wedding Delivery + Sneak Peek
After your big day, we’ll keep you updated on your film’s progress. You’ll get a sneak peek or teaser within a few weeks (unless you purchased our express delivery package), followed by your full highlight film (and any extras) according to the timeline we promised.
